When the people of Jabesh-gilead heard what the Philistines had done to Saul AMP

And when the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead heard of that which the Philistines had done to Saul; KJV

So he ran and stood over the Philistine, took his sword and drew it out of its sheath, and killed him, and cut off his head with it. When the Philistines saw that their mighty champion was dead, they fled. AMP
