About Top Verses

In 2007 I was wondering about the most frequently referenced Bible verses, and wrote a script to count how many hits Google found for each verse reference. The results were fascintating, and incredibly useful as well. Bible search results could now be sorted meaningfully, instead of starting at Genesis and ending in Revelation.

I was so excited, I wanted everyone to be able to find verses easily, so turned it into a website and Top Verses was born.

My heart is to bring scripture to the world through technolgy, and I have a long-standing vision for the church to return to the forefront of innovation, as it used to be, and where it belongs.

There will be some incredible additions to Top Verses in the coming months as I bring the power of Generative AI into the service of the the Kingdom.
